51.01 and 51.02. Knives: Blades with almost parallel edge and back, and leaf-shaped points, integral with long, slender bolsters which have two rounded and two narrow flat sides. Handles continue this form, and are in sections of amber over foil, and iron; the caps have rounded ends, slightly projecting at the sides: the ferrous parts are decorated with damascening in gold and silver; the gold forms arabesque patterns within silver borders.
51.03. Case: A sheath with twin compartments, in contemporary tapestry woven with floral design in silk, cotton and silver thread.Collection

Company Connection: Williamson's mark was registered in 1607; However, the bunch of grapes was used as a mark by several craftsmen at the time (vide Cutlers' Company Minutes for efforts to restrict its use). Therefore positive identification of the maker is impossible.
