Description

Blade has a sharp heel, slightly tapering to a round tip. Hollow cylindrical bolster. Handle of polished boxwood with a brass ferrule, in section a flattened rectangle with champfered corners; a flat top with cross hatching: decorated with carved pictures of the Virgin & Child on the wide sides, one of which is coloured in red, and Angels on the narrow sides; below the panels there is carved bell-flower decoration.
