Blade with back tapering towards the point, concave edge, and a concave bolster. Handle of loaded silver, flaring in shape, oval in section, repousse with chinoiserie design of a branched tree with flowers and fruit, with two doves below the figure of a man (?) in a flowing robe with a dog, behind him a similar figure holding a fringed sun-shade over his head; plain bands above and below: the flat end stamped with a rosette.
