211.01 Knife: The blade straight sided, with squared off end rising to a point with a short baluster-shaped bolster of hexagonal section the latter bears traces of gilding.
211.02 Fork: Head with three curved tines, in silver-gilt, engraved with a little acanthus foliage, on a longer slender neck of hexagonal baluster shape.
Handles: Ivory; each carved to represent a serpent-entwined apple tree with a rabbit at its base, behind the figures of Adam (on the knife) and Eve (on the fork) after the Fall. The serpent has an apple in its mouth.Collection
