Description

244.01 and 244.02 Knives: The blades sabre-shaped with octagonal bolsters. The octagonal flaring handles of amber, with a central section which alternates strips of ivory with amber over painted foil panels. On these are: TABATHA GELDART ANNO 1638 and a running dog. The drop-shaped finials contain two foiled declivities with profile portraits in ivory within them.
