Description

Head with two long, straight tines on a long baluster neck, of steel. Handle tapering and of circular section, the top concave with a slight \"beak\" on one side; decorated in copper cloisonne enamel of dark blue and green, against a blue-flecked white ground; the cloisions are of twisted copper wire forming scroll-work carrying formalised foliage and flowers, including tulips; the fillet around the top is enamelled light blue; at the bottom is a narrow silver (?) band.
