White silk aviator's scarf with white fringe. At one end a hand painted picture of a P-47 Thunderbolt and at the other a stylized red donkey on a blue background with two yellow lightning bolts. This might be a modification of the squadron insignia of the 320th Fighter Squadron, which flew P-47s and was based at Westover, MA for a time.Update Date
