Menu and greeting card: "Christmas in the Philippines" "LIBERATION / AFTER THREE YEARS / 1944". Color printed on white paper, folded up into greeting card form. Cover shows Christmas candles, bells, ribbons, and holly. Inside shows printed Christmas dinner menu, presumably for American service personnel who had served or been held prisoner in the Philippines. Inside menu is dated Christmas Day 1944. On inside cover, there is a printed message and signature from General Douglas MacArthur in black ink: "May God preserve and protect you / all - is my Christmas prayer - / Douglas Mac Arthur". Printer's information on reverse cover: "Engineer Reproduction Co." and "G-3 Drafting".Update Date
