Tag, launch, U.S. Navy, submarine, USS Sea Cat. Round cardstock launch tag for USS Sea Cat. Background silver with orange and blue drawing of submarine. "Launching" at top and "U.S.S. Sea Cat" at bottom. Both sides identical. Someone has written "2-21-44" on one side in pencil. Purple string at top.
