Tag, launch, U.S. Navy, submarine, USS Conger. Round cardstock launch tag for USS Conger. Background silver with orange and black drawing of submarine. "Launching" at top and "U.S.S. Conger" at bottom. Both sides identical. Someone has written "10-17-44" on one side in pencil. Blue string at top.
