US Army Good Conduct medal. Red and white striped ribbon (with bar pin backing attached) holding bronze colored medal. "EFFICIENCY HONOR FIDELITY" with eagle on front. "FOR GOOD CONDUCT" with star, on reverse. Pink thread was used to sew on pin backing and is evident at front.
