Silver, Souvenir from Women's Bldg, Columbian Exposition, Chicago, 1893. Bowl of spoon reads "Women's happy thoughts, Apr 29, 1893, Colorado Palace, Mineral Casket, indicative of their work", handle reads "Nebraska Hammer", end of spoon is embossed with a picture identified as "Mrs Potter Palmer", and back reads "Montana Oro Y Plata". Display card reads: "From World's Fair Chicago 1893. The gold 'Last Nail' was furnished by Montana, the Hammer was furnished by Nebraska and driven in by Mrs. Potter Palmer, Chairman, board of Lady Managers. Mrs. Peter Yegen, Jr."
