Description

A slide-action rifle chambered for .22 Long and Short rounds. The rifle consists primarily of steel and wood. The rifle has a rounded barrel with a tube magazine underneath that is approximately an inch shorter than the barrel. The slide and buttstock are composed of walnut wood with a glossy finish. The slide has vertical grooves down its length for grip. On the underside of the rifle, behind the slide and behind the trigger guard, is the serial number, which reads: "670401." Etched in the tang are the words "Winchester Trade Mark, Made in U.S.A." On top of the barrel, on the user-left side are words that read as follows: "Manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. New Haven, Conn. U.S.A. PAT JUNE 26. 88. DEC. 6. 92. NOV. 27. 06. MAY 30. 1911." Behind the rear sight reads: "22 Short-Long Or Long Rifle."
