2004-252-01Description
A fire hose nozzle from the late 19th or early 20th century. The nozzle is made primarily of brass, but has leather handles and a leather sleeve. On one side there is and handle that controls the flow of water. Near the collar of the nozzle is an inscription that reads: "Anderson Coupling & Supply Co. Kansas City, U.S.A." One o the handles was repaired at one point, with wire and some form of adhesive present where the handle adjoins the leather sleeve.
