This cup was given to me for the Yellowstone
Museum by Mr. Harold Adams, the Manager of The Occident
Elevator at Broadview, on Aug 21, 1962.
Mr. Adams told me that the wheat for which this
cup was awarded was raised by Mr. J. F. Byers, who lived
near Broadview. He also tells me that Mrs. Arthur Adams
of Columbus, Montana is a niece of Mr. Byers. The cup
has been at the Occident Elevator a long time, and Mr.
Adams gave it to the Museum, so that it would be preserved.
