Double breasted suit jacket. Blue with white and lighter blue pinstripes. Sleeves lined with cream silk or satin. Six buttons on exterior, one button inside. Label on inside right breast says Herb. Lee Custom Tailoring, Billings, Montana. Inside cuff of right sleeve, handwritten in black ink, are the following notes: X13-B2 5454-1 X4-15-9 537-2 5c25-04 2X-02-9 4XX-5 7-247-6 5419-4 (The last five lines are struck through.)
