This is a stopper manufactured by KOUBA, a Czech company. It's inscribed with a 3 and the name BLITZO. It was from the personal rack of Bill Serniuk, known by his nickname "Blitzo" (or Blitz). He was a renowned climbing photographer and a significant presence in Yosemite National Park starting in the 1970s.
