These were saved together with the two 3/16th expansion bolts by Glen Denny. Believed to have been used on the first ascent of the Leaning Tower West Face route completed with Warren Harding, Glen Denny, and Al McDonald in 1961. Various equipment makers, Chouinard made the prototype for the RURP. Longware (Dick Long and brother) made the knife blade. Dolt and Roger Derryberry also were known to make this type of equipment.Collection
