Slightly curved blade etched with designs, "US" on one side , and eagle and "E. Pluribus Unum" on the other side. At base of blade on one side is stamped "Proved" and on the opposite side, "W. Walscheid / Solingen" [maker?]. Pierced guard has eagle with "E. Pluribus Unum" in ribbon above head and "US" below. Handle covered in shark skin and wrapped with copper wire. Nickel-plated scabbard has decorated tip and two bands with loops on body.Dimensions
