Small gold ring with oval bloodstone set in it. A seal is cut into the stone, three reversed letters in an old English-style typeface. Initials are "J," "G," and "F." Stone is set into a hinged lid which opens to expose a braided lock of brown hair. Engraved on the back of the signet, "H. Clay / Obt. June 29 / 1852." The loop of the ring is designed to look like a twig or branch.Dimensions
