Square bottom box with 3 vertical and 1 slant side. Slant side has round opening lined with purple velvet. Inside lined with purple velvet. Sides show images of "Burns' Cottage" and "Burns' Monument." On slant side "Made of wood/ which grows near Alloway Kirk/ on the banks of the doon".
