White cotton undergarment with scoop neck, sleeveless; both edged in cotton crocheted eyelet lace. Thin white ribbon partially slotted through lace at neckline. Front six button openings, made in three panels. Skirt sections in two parts; underskirt with flounce edged in narrow lace; overskirt edge in BRODERIE ANGLAISE collar to hem.
