Solid 18k yellow gold, hand engraving with four rose cut diamonds, twelve seed pearls and five emeralds on the back. It has a gold bow tie bar pin with one seed pearl in the center. Silver clock face has black Roman numerals and a cut design in the center. The back opens to expose two stems to wind with a key and the engraving for the manufacturer: "Echappement / a cylindre / six trous en rubis / Aiguilles / Merrier & Reynoud [?] / A. Geneve / no. 4166". The watch hangs from a gold bow with a seed pearl in the center and a bar pin clasp on the back.Dimensions
