Description

Consists of two pieces. A) top; B) skirt made of trimmed shirred silk. A) Top-- Scoop neck, three-layer construction (lace, gauzy sheer silk, lining). Built in stays and underarm protectors. 3/4 length sleeves with finely pleated "Mousseline De Soie" falling from bottom edge. Ivory satin sash at waist. B) Skirt-- Ivory lace open work pattern. Bottom edged with scalloped gauzy silk. Slight train in back. Double undershirt - top layer very sheer with flounce underskirt of heavy satin with two-tiered double ruffle on inside and single on the outside of this bottom underskirt. Closes at waist with hooks and eyes.
