Round plate with colorful floral design on grey background around edge and a colored scene of Ashland in center with "Ashland / Home of Henry Clay / Lexington, Ky," beneath house. On the back of the plate it says, "Home of Henry Clay Ashland Lexington Kentucky" in a banner across top. Beneath that is text: "Here lived the distinguished statesman from 1811 until his death in 1852. He was Speaker of the House of Representatives, Peace Commissioner of Ghent following the war of 1812, Secretary of State, United States Senator, and three times presidential candidate." "Imported Exclusively / For / Henry Clay Memorial Foundation / Lexington, KY."
