Set of nine rectangular banners, white with gold painted borders and lettering. A wooden slat with pins the ends fits into a sleeve at the top of each banner. Gold cords with tassels on the ends and a fabric bow in the center are tied to each end of the slats (for hanging). Bottom of each banner has gold fringe.
