Description

Rectangular card with colored image of the Henry Clay Monument in front, identified in black print at the bottom of the card as "The Henry Clay Monument at Lexington, Ky." There is a serial number to the right of the image: "47697-N." The back of the card is split with space for a message and address. The stamp space in the upper right corner is identified by "Place One Cent Stamp Here." A vertical line down the middle reads, "Genuine Curteich-Chicago 'C.T. American Art' postcard (Reg. U.S. Pat Off.)" Another vertical line to the left reads, "The Union News Co."
