This collar consist of a stiff neck with two long pieces to tie into a bow. The material is a navy plaid that is striated with a white thread. The colors involved are pinks, oranges, reds, blue, white, black, green, and brown. The inside lining is satin. Found inside are a small button and metal hook. There is a label that reads: "FISK, CIAK & FLAGG/NEW YORK/C.M. Guggenheimer/Lynchburg, VA." The back has a small black ribbons connected to hang collar. Hook and eye closures.Dimensions
