This is an off-white cotton collar. It is in a semi-circle shape. The inside edge goes around the eck. It has a lip forming height, then on the same area that comes to a point in the back. It is gathered at the neck. At the other edge there are four gathers, then there is a pointy, scalloped edge that has eyelet cut-outs all along the edge.Material
