Neck of champagne bottle in net bag. Neck is glass wrapped in gold foil. Neck is in blue leather presentation box with velvet lining and brass plaque engraved "Launching Uss Henry Clay SSB (N) 625 Mrs. Green B. Gibson Sponsor November 30, 1962 Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company." In the box with the bottle neck is a set of silk ribbons that were attached to the bottle and a letter from the president of the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company to Mrs. Gibson presenting the bottle neck to her.
