A small framed painting. An enscription on the back of the frame states:
"Tomb of Major Pierre Charles L'Enfant (1754-1825) in Arlington National Cemetary, the former home of General Robert E. Lee. In 1791 this French engineer was comissioned by President George Washington to draw the plans for the Federal City -- afterwards called Washington."
