A silk campaign ribbon bearing the image of a man atop a flagpole wielding a hammer. There is a Henry Clay flag flying from the flagpole. Above the image is the heading "Pennsylvania Delegation." Benath the image is a poem: "The stainless crest of Harry Clay / Its waving canvass bears / We proudly nail it to the mast / and cry, 'gainsay who dares!'"
