A piece of paper with sketches on both sides of heads. Side one features three profiles and two faces. One profile has a speech bubble containing an indecipherable comment. At the top right of side one is the signature: "Yours Truly Charles D Clay." At the bottom of side one is the inscription: "Henry Clay Jr. by Murillo our artist special." There are several partial and incomplete sketches in the lower left and the bottom inscription is partially covered by a math problem. Side two features a series of complete and partial profiles facing left. At the bottom are two inscriptions, one reading "Mrs. James B. Clay" and the other reading "Harry Clay Excuse resemblance to goat By our special artist Bildad."
