The gallery above is also ful of people, The engraving is in a very ornate dark wood Rococo frame with gilt inner lip, Surmounting the frame is a gilt shiled and eagle. There are metal ribbons intertwined in the opework frame. One at the bottow contains the remnants of the words "Presented to Henry Clay".
