A pair of portrait miniatures. One is of a man in a black coat over a blue jacket with gold floral design on the standing collar and 3 gold or brass buttons down the front. The man is wearing a black cravat. He has blue eyes and reddish-brown hair parted to the right. The other is of a woman in a black dress that comes to a v over her bosom. The sleeves are short and end in lace. The woman's hair is dark brown, parted in the middle, and pulled up in the back where a lace veil is hung and drapes down around the woman's shoulders. The portraits are framed in gold frames with a beaded inner molding and a ribbon twisted outer molding. The backs of the frames have wire easels to stand them up.
