This book consists of two volumes. The first volume contains an engraving of Henry Clay by J.F.E. Prudhomme, an engraving of the Cumberland Road Monument by W. Thomas and a 198-page memoir on Clay followed by 307 pages of speeches and a 26-page appendix. Volume 2 contains an engraving of Clay's birthplace, a facsimile letter of Henry Clay to Jacob Strattan and 597 pages of speeches. Dark brown cover with gold-embossed spine, two volumes.
