Pressed faceted amber-colored glass bead found in the parlor of 607 Grove Street during an archaeological excavation. There are six sides on the top and bottom half of the bead. The facets and general shape of the bead are very irregular. It appears that some of the facets were pressed and others were ground. Some of the facets have striations, others do not. A single hole passes through the bead. One end of the opening is larger than the other (hole is conical). The opening to the wide end has rounded edges. The opening to the small end is indented into the bead.
