Framed Village of Chester Map. Plate 20 taken from a Lathrop, J.M., C.E., ATLAS OF ORANGE COUNTY, N.Y. (Phila: A. H. Mueller & Co., 1903) Shows C. G. Baldwin as proprietor of the Howland House. Mr. Baldwin was the Howland House proprietor from 1900 to 1903.
