Frances Drexel Paul (1852-1892) was Anthony J. Drexel’s second oldest child out of nine children. She was a member of the first advisory board of women at Drexel Institute in 1891, a group which emphasized equal opportunities in vocational training for women. Frances was an amateur pianist and artist and painted the landscape located in the administration office.
