A closer view of people setting up. A fair with many tents, lights strung, and cars parked on the lawn. There are two people to the right setting up a piece of equipment for the fair. Folding chairs are set up with miscellaneous boxes and items located on top of them. This fair takes place at the northeast corner of East Putnam Avenue and Park Avenue.
