Description

Views of the Kathmere Inn, originally the home of William G. and Lillian Happy, it became an inn, ran by Betty Richmond for eight years. The three story field stone and shingle waterside building with a field stone and shingle facade had a full length wrap around porch off the first floor and a smaller porch off the second floor; a two story round turret with conical roof; a second story bay window; multiple dormers in the roof; and a field stone chimney.
