Black and white photo of passengers at Grimsby Beach pier with the steamer MACASSA just arriving at the dock - the man at the far end of the pier is handling the docking lines, some arriving passengers are visbile on the upper foredeck watching the docking while passengers on the pier and at the booth await their boarding call. The steamer ticket booth and boat rental office are at the pier entrance. Sign above the ticket booth reads - "Steamer for Toronto - Arrives 10:15, 4 PM Leaves 10:30 AM, 7 PM. the rest of the script is unclear. Note the horse with cart waiting alongside the ticket booth and the racing style sailing skiff tied off to the pier steps. Canoe and boat rentals are on the beach to the east of the pier entrance.
