On the left side, foreground is the Hugh Anderson farm with the Anderson brick home on the north side of Main St. East and the smaller section of their farm on the north side of Main to Robinson st North visible.
Moving right along Main St East, the large red roofed house, centre prior to Robinson Street is the Fanny Gibson residence & barn and to the right Rev. D.V. Lucas residence. Robinson St North and South are visible but only getting built up. The BR Nelles Canning factory and smoke stack on Robinson north before the tracks are the largest cluster of buildings.
The Valentine postcard company #102,200 dates the issuance of the post card to Jan. 1907 indicating the photo was taken 1906 or earlier.Collection
