Situated on the northeast corner of East Bay and Queen Streets on Grand Modell lot 32 granted to David Maybank Sr. It is unknown what type of building was located here initially. In the 19th century a building on the site housed a wholesale grocery business. A warehouse structure was likely on the site for part of the 20th century. The current building houses Blossom Restaurant.
Building number fluctuates from the end of the 19th century to the turn of the 20th century. See Sanborn Maps.

Wulbern & Co., Wholesale Grocers, illustrated with a photo of the building from "Resources & Attractions of Charleston" (ca. 1898); graduate student report (Amanda Jane Ashburn, 2014) on the history of the building, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
