Constructed ca. 1937. Built by G. Creighton Frampton, who served for over 30 years as Charleston County Superintendent of Schools. Architect Albert Thomas rescued the decorative wood trim and mouldings in the living room and stairwell from an 18th century house scheduled for demolition.
