Constructed ca. 1885. The Queen Anne and picturesque wooden dwellings at 114 Queen Street and 114½ Queen Street were built by Alex Mattson, who also built 112 Queen Street, which stood in contrast to its other neighbor, the John Albers House at 110 Queen Street.
