Sheet 2: Untitled, presumed to be the first floor plan Sheet 3: Second floor plan Sheet 4: East elevation Sheet 5: West elevation Sheet 6: South elevation Sheet 7: North elevation Sheet 8: Typical wall section, typical fireplace, typical window details Sheet 9: Entrance details (door elevation and section); detail, sections Palladian window; detail of beam-kitchen. Pencil drawings of profiles on back. Sheet 10: West elevation drawing room; north elevation den; corner cabinets drawing room; roof and plot plan No signature block to indicate architect or date; however, a preliminary sketch of the south elevation is dated 11/10/1949 and signed "A/S," possibly Albert Simons. See 2019.015.1. Second copy in poor condition but has a pencil drawing and calculations written on back of Sheet 5, and "Capt. Hansen, Longitude Lane" written on back of Sheet 1. The house was built after World War II by Capt. George Hansen who was stationed at the Charleston Navy Yard. It is believed that interior woodwork that had been removed from the home of Harold Simmons was installed at the house.
