' Sunday, November 27, 1949", "Hammonton, New Jersey"; "SOUVENIR JOURNAL". 88 pages. Personal copy of Josephine Zeitler, who was in St. Joseph's School Grade 7 at that time, as stated within the booklet's listing of students.
NOTE AMONG THE 1/10-PAGE ADS: An advertisement is shown for the "CENTRAL JEWELRY STORE, ANTHONY MUSIANO". Josephine (née Zeitler) Giannini states that store was located on Central Avenue in Hammonton, in a small shop situated somewhere between Olivo's Market grocery and the intersection of Central Avenue with Bellevue Avenue (near Pace's barber shop). Josephine recalls that Anthony Musiano moved his retail jewelry business from Central Avenue to some location on Bellevue Avenue. Mr. Willard C. Gross took over the Central Avenue location. (Mr. Gross was not from Hammonton, and perhaps was from Vineland.) For two years starting at age 14 (ca.1952), Josephine was a part-time employee of Mr. Gross's jewelry business,, which Josephine recalls as at that time being called "Central Jeweler". The first year, she worked at the location on Central Avenue. Then Mr. Gross moved his business to Bellevue Avenue, as Mr. Musiano had done previously. Josephine worked at Mr. Gross's shop on Bellevue Avenue during her next year as an employee.Acquisition
