Pharmaceutical Tins 1111.53.1.1- Anacin- Tin, black, yellow or light gold, and red label. Front label reads: "Anacin" Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. For temporary relief of pain due to simple headache and minor neuralgia. Active ingredients- 3 grains per tablet. Aspirin, caffeine. Trademark Whitehall. Whitehall Pharmaceutical Company, New York, N.Y., U.S.A., “Press Here" Back label: Anacin is recommended for the temporary relief of pain due to simple headache and minor neuralgia. Anacin will relieve minor muscle aches and pains due to colds. Anacin is effective in relieving pain and discomfort caused by tooth extraction similar dental work.Anacin will help to relieve temporarily the pain and discomfort associated with normal menstrual periods.Dosage: One or two tablets with water. Repeat if necessary, one tablet in three hours. Do not take more than 5 tablets in any 24 hour period. If pains persist or are unusually severe, a physician should be consulted. Made in litho in U.S.A. D 2", W 2.25". 1111.53.1.2- Bisodol- Tin, yellow with blue and white lettering- medicated Bisodol antacid tablets. Front Label reads: "30 Fast relief from upset stomach (due to excess acidity). Whitehall Laboratories Inc., New York, N.Y.- 39 in a circle- Press Here on corner of tin. Back Label: "Medicated Bisodol Antacid Tablets”. Exceedingly effective in relieving upset stomach and indigestion, "gas", heartburn, sour stomach, fullness, nausea, and other forms of distress when caused by excess stomach acidity. Dose: two to four tablets.Chew thoroughly or swallow with water. If necessary, repeat in three or four hours. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Active ingredients: magnesium trisilicate, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, peppermint. Reg 157,310 of related company. Made in U.S.A., printed in U.S.A." Labels in yellow, white, and blue.
