"LOS ANGELES, NO. 17 [PLAZA CHURCH]," F. PARKER, 1870s. The image shows the front portion of the Plaza Church in Los Angeles, a dirt path leading to the church entrance as well as shrubbery with mountains in the background. The side of the stereoscopic photo backing has the name of "F. Parker, Photo" while the other side reads "Southern California Views." The bottom right section has the location as "LOS ANGELES, NO. 17." The black and white stereoscopic photograph is adhered to a yellow colored backing. There is visible damage on the stereoview such as abrasions along the edges, creases, a small loss to the right, top portion of the image, writing on the reverse side, stains and overall wear.
